Join CARE Gallery as we celebrate the opening of ROOTED: The Journey of a Living Faith, a powerful exhibition featuring the work of Lorraine Simonds and introducing Shantel Miller. Through painting and visual storytelling, the exhibition explores how faith is nurtured through relationships, shaped by life's challenges, and lived out with hope and perseverance.

Enjoy an afternoon of art, conversation, and inspiration beginning with a reception and time to experience the exhibition. Hear directly from the artists during a moderated Artist Talk, then stay for a live portrait demonstration by Lorraine Simonds. Simonds will guide attendees through her creative process in an engaging, up-close presentation, followed by a brief Q&A. The afternoon concludes with additional time to view the exhibition and connect with the artists.
